How do I get IT support?
The IT Help Desk is available to support both parents and students with technical issues.
​How to Get Support
1/ Email Support
Email ithelpdesk@olmca.wa.edu.au. You will receive a confirmation once your request has been submitted, and our IT team will assist you as soon as possible.
2/ Log a Ticket
Parents and students experiencing issues can log a support ticket HERE.
3/ Phone Support
If you are unable to log a ticket, parents can contact the College at (08) 9720 3300.
4/ In Person
Visit the helpdesk in the Ursula Frayne Building, Monday to Friday, 8am -4pm.

SEQTA Engage Update Instructions

Some families may be experiencing issues with SEQTA Engage, due to a recent update.
To correct your parent access to SEQTA Engage, please refer to the below instructions.
Mobile phone users
1. Please uninstall the SEQTA app, or browser bookmark and reinstall
2. Please proceed to Step 5 on this document: SEQTA Engage instructions
3. Your username and password remain the same
Desktop/PC users
1. Please delete any favourites or bookmarks for the current address you have saved in your web browser
2. Please go to this website address: olmca.engage.cewa.edu.au
3. Your username and password remain the same
